company Vision and Purpose throughout the year! Thus, we arepleased to announce that Ann Marie Miller has been chosen as the recipient of the 
James A. Jenkins’ Award of Excellence for 2008.
Ann Marie has been with Community Catalysts of California providing service to the 
ILS Program in Santa Clara as a Case Manager for almost 10 years. From the start she 
has proven to be truly dedicated to both her consumers and to Community Catalysts of 
California as a whole. 
Being a Case Manager is only one of her many talents. Ann Marie is always willing and able 
to balance much more than her regular case load. On top of fulfilling her regular duties, 
in 2008 she filled in as the Office Manager, provided direct service above and beyond 
what is expected of her, assisted with hiring, and provided training to new employees. 
She is an amazing example of a team player who you know you can count on 100% of the 
time. She is an excellent communicator with her consumers, her staff and her supervisors. 
Ann Marie is always able to come up with creative solutions to any problem she faces and 
follows through every time. She remains positive under all circumstances and is truly an 
example to those around her. 
Ann Marie has proven that she genuinely cares for her consumers and will do whatever 
it takes to assist them in achieving a higher quality of life. She is also committed to being 
an example and encouragement to her staff and fellow employees. She is a reliable and 
seasoned employee who is truly deserving of recognition.
It is evident that Ann Marie contributes to the continued success & growth of 
Community Catalysts of California and is a true model of excellence!
