Quality Assurance Program Community Catalysts of California is committed to providing a quality service to our consumers and our communities. Because quality is important and essential to the continuing success of our services, Community Catalysts of California gathers outcomes of individual programs and consumer satisfaction. Offices and staff use our Quality Assurance Handbook to help assure each region gathers yearly the outcome information consistently and appropriately. The data collection system has been refined over the last 5 years, as we continue to up date and clarify the components to assure the information is accurate and usable. Our Quality Assurance Program contains four components: Outcome Measurements 1. Field Evaluation Surveys 2. Quarterly Site Checks 3. Special Incident Reporting 4. Each region is responsible for ensuring that the outcomes information is completed for each specific program in their area. The information gathered is then used to complete the company’s Operational Summary.
