Star of the Month- January 2006

Katie Landon 
Community Catalysts of California was excited to announce that Katie Landon of the Ukiah office was selected as the Star of the Month for January 2006.
Katie has matured into the role of house manager and fully grasp all aspectsof the job. Katie is a true leader. She has the respect of all of her co-workers,earned by hard work, humor, attention to detail and thinking on her feet. She has made excellent suggestions and stepped into assist at every opportunity. Katie isalways respectful in her problem-solving. She makes suggestions rather thanimplementing big changes, never going beyond her role as house manager.She can also get staff to say yes to shifts when someone calls out!

Katie definitely posses star qualities. She truly is a special member of the catalyst team.

Consumer Catalysts of the Month- February 2006

Robin Ervin 
Community Catalysts of California is proud to announce that Robin Ervin is our Consumer of the Month for February 2006. 
Robin has been with Community Catalysts of California for six years and nine months. She volunteers at Church of the Chimes working in the pre-school. She enjoys helping the children with their art projects, reading or just having fun with them. Robin received the ‘Employee of the Month’ award in June from the Church of Chimes for volunteering her time.  Working in her community has greatly increased her communication skills. 

Robin also enjoys putting together puzzles- BIG puzzles, anywhere from 500 pieces to 5,000 pieces! Robin has put together around 350 puzzle of pictures ranging from scenery to animal themes. She has them all displayed throughout her house. 
Community Catalysts of California and the Butterfly Club are very proud of Robin and her achievements. Excellent Job!!
